This sterilization machine is custom-made for laboratories and can simulate ultra-high-temperature instant sterilization and pasteurization processes for high-protein beverages, juices, and dairy products, among others. Samples that have been sterile-packed can achieve the level of commercial sterility.

The DSI Steam Direct Injection Sterilizer has two modes of thermal treatment: direct heating (steam injection) and indirect heating (tube-based). The maximum sterilization temperature can reach 150°C. The panel control allows for easy switching between the two modes. Steam is directly heated to clean steam and then sprayed directly onto the preheated material. The indirect heat transfer mode is tube-based heat transfer. This device is widely used for various fluid products, materials with a certain degree of viscosity, and materials containing fine particles.

This equipment can be combined with a homogenizer and an aseptic filling machine to form a small production line that can perform homogenization, ultra-high-temperature instant sterilization, pasteurization, and aseptic filling. It can simulate the production of pasteurized milk, cream, plant protein beverages, yogurt, juice, and enzyme-based beverages.
